Are you aged 50 plus?

Want to get out of the house, get active and make to new friends to improve your wellbeing?

Enjoy socialising with others, improve your physical and mental wellbeing and make a positive impact on your local community. We are aiming to get you moving on your doorstep by helping you to organise activities in your communities including walking, dance, keep fit, Tai Chi … the list is endless and we would love to hear from you!

Thanks to a successful funding application to the Healthy and Active Fund, there will be activities and more opportunities for you to be active for the next three years!

Our Community Activators love a good chat and they’re great listeners too! Through regular phone calls we will help you come up with ideas to take up healthy activities to keep you active at home and give you helpful ideas on how you can engage in active sessions out in your local community.
