The collection looks at things like mental health, wellbeing, coping with panic attacks and signposting to support services.

Other materials give advice on areas of a student’s life which can affect their well-being like exercise, time management and digital related stress.

The resources have been developed alongside Wrexham Glyndŵr University, Addysg Oedolion Cymru/ Adult Learning Wales and students from across Wales. The development was funded by the Higher Education Funding Council for Wales (HEFCW).
