Monitoring and evaluation is essential for planning and measuring the success of your work, and increasingly, for accountability to funders.

This session will help you to:

• achieve a better understanding of some approaches to monitoring and evaluation;
• be able to identify and describe the impact that a project or activity aims to achieve;
• be able to use your understanding of measuring impact to plan what you aim to achieve;
• be better able to design and implement an evaluation system of your organisation’s work.

This is an ONLINE session via Zoom (we can help you to access and install Zoom IN ADVANCE of the event if you need support to do that).
