The post holder will work with the Early Family intervention Programme facilitating a programme to men who are perpetrators of domestic abuse, and will also:

  • work with male perpetrators of domestic abuse, both in a one-to-one and a group capacity. To explore the impact that being in an abusive relationship has on partners and children, and to develop skills and strategies to engage in healthy, non-abusive relationships;
  • work within the Perpetrator Programme service requirements enabling individuals and families to achieve measurable outcomes through support;
  • work within a multi- agency framework to improve responses to domestic violence and abuse.
