Carers art competition
As part of Carers Week they are running a special carers art competition with some great prizes up for grabs including an overnight stay at the wonderful Cwrt Bleddyn Hotel near Usk and a screenprinting course from Printhaus – plus LOTS more. They are encouraging any carer with an interest in art or photography to enter, no matter what skill level. There will be prizes awarded for different age groups. Big Steps for Carers
Carers Trust South East Wales is asking friends and supporters to help them take 683,000 steps in support of unpaid carers during Carers Week. 683,000 steps represents the number of carers currently estimated to be in Wales – an increase of over 200,000 people as a result of the pandemic.
