BAVO is offering limited free training places to volunteers to pilot a new Volunteer Passport for Bridgend. The Volunteer Passport will be aimed at volunteers that are volunteering at a project in Bridgend County.
It is a level 1 accredited NOCN endorsed programme
The training will be delivered over two days in Bridgend town centre, on Tuesday 23rd September and 30th September from 10am to 3.30pm. Volunteers will need to attend both days.
Although BAVO is not charging for the Volunteer Passports we do have to pay for each individual license for the NOCN accreditation. We also have to pay for BAVO staff time to deliver the course and marking the workbooks after the training so if you are booked on please make sure you attend. If you do not attend without prior notice, you will be charged a non-attendance fee.
