February online session: Important changes to Local Places for Nature Grant Scheme

National Lottery Heritage Fund’s Local Places for Nature is a capital grant scheme intended to enable communities in Wales to restore and enhance nature.

The fund is open until further notice and there is still over a £1m to be distributed. So come and find out about changes to the Local Places for Nature grant scheme at their online session:

Free tickets are currently available for Tuesday 23 February and Monday 1 March at 2pm

Since June last year, the National Lottery Heritage Fund and Welsh Government have awarded 25 groups over £900,000 of Local Places for Nature grant aid (an average of over £100,000 per month) and  there are now a couple of important changes coming through.

Is this the right programme for you?

  • Is your organisation looking to acquire, restore and enhance nature in Wales?
  • Will your project transform nature where people live, work and spend their leisure time?
  • Do you require a grant up to £50,000?
  • Are you a not-for-profit organisation?

If you answered yes to these questions then the Local Places for Nature fund is for you.

You can register your place here.

When you have booked, a link to join the session will be sent to 24 hours beforehand.
