There are a range of Dementia services available across Bridgend County that aim to provide care and support for people affected by Dementia, whether someone is undiagnosed, a diagnosed patient, family & friends of a patient or carers.

The Alzheimer’s Society:

The Alzheimer’s Society can help both dementia patients and those who care for them the support they need;

Dementia Free Helpline Wales:

This free helpline offers support, information and signposting to anybody diagnosed with dementia or caring for a family member or friend living with dementia. The service is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year so they are always there when you need them.
