Their work is delivered in partnership with our highly experienced Register of Property Professionals.

1. Access the online Property Advice Resources - free to access and use. For jargon-free advice covering buying, renting, leasing and managing property.

2. Talk to an advisor - advisors are available to talk over the phone or face-to-face at your premises who can:

  • diagnose your property problem;
  • highlight your options and provide further information and support;
  • refer you to a professional for specialist advice.

Initial support from Property Advisers is available free of at the point of delivery to the organisations with lowest income and greatest need.

3. Get a free referral to a property professional – if you need assistance from a professional such as a commercial property surveyor or solicitor you may be referred to a member of EPF Register of property professionals, an independent register of reputable property professionals who provide specialist advice and services to the Foundation’s Property Advice Service clients.

Their Register members have experience of working with charities and community organisations, work to an ethical charter and can often provide discounts on their fees.
