Wales Council for Voluntary Action (WCVA) is inviting heritage organisations in Wales to apply for dedicated development support from their Catalyst Cymru: Resilient Heritage project.

They have funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund to work with 29 heritage organisations from across Wales, providing them with free, in depth and dedicated coaching to help their organisation to develop one or more of the following areas of organisational management: governance, fundraising, marketing and social media, business planning, impact measurement and reporting and project management.

WCVA are keen to work together with the coaches and participants on the Catalyst Cymru: Resilient Heritage project to support as many heritage organisations as possible. They are therefore asking that recipients of coaching commit to providing two days of peer mentoring support to other heritage organisations. Through the Catalyst Cymru: Resilient Heritage project, WCVA will provide training to peer mentor volunteers and match them to an organisation who would benefit from this support. This will take place during year two (2020-2021) of the project.
