We are asking people, are you ready to accept our ‘active at home challenge’?

An activity tracker will help you to set goals, weekly track your movement and exercise and help you to think about ways you can stay mentally active and stay in touch with people important to you to reduce feelings of isolation.

Although aimed at older people these activities are suitable for people of all ages.
