Have you or a family member been diagnosed with sight loss? Share experiences with others in similar situations and find out about services available to you.

RNIB's FREE, informal, community based courses and phone groups provide information, advice, support and practical solutions for people with sight loss and those close to them. They can help you adjust to your sight condition, increase your independence and boost your confidence.

The next courses will be at Evergreen Hall - Angel Street, Bridgend, CF31 4AD on 29 May and 5 June 2019 from 10.30am - 3.30pm.

Sessions include:

  • Welfare rights;
  • Getting out and about;
  • Tips and gadgets for everyday living;
  • Assistive technology – computers, tablets, phones;
  • Eye health;
  • Wellbeing;
  • Leisure, hobbies and interests. 

Plus, you’ll hear about a range of organisations and local groups about services out there to help you.
