Impetus Dance Community Interest Company is a not for profit organisation which runs community based dance classes in and around the Bridgend area. All classes offer those with disabilities the opportunity to learn to dance.

The role of the Volunteer within Impetus Dance is to provide support and assistance to the dance instructor on a Friday evening in a children's integrated dance class. This class is designed to provide children the opportunity to learn a variety of different dance genres within a fun and safe place.

The class is fully inclusive and allows all children of all abilities to come together and share a passion for dance. The class runs in Pencoed between 5-6pm during school term time only. The volunteer is required to have experience working with either or both adults & children. No dance experience is required however some experience of either working with those with disabilities or an interest in sport; or experience in working in education/health is desirable.
