Health Social Care & Well Being Facilitator

Full time Health Social Care & Well Being Facilitator - Building Strong Bridges

NJC Scale 27-30 £22,122 - £24,545 (Fixed term 1 year)

Required to support and promote joint partnership working between the voluntary sector and Health & Social Care organisations. The successful candidate will actively involve the voluntary sector in a range of strategic issues including planning, development, commissioning, delivery and evaluation of services, both locally and regionally. An understanding of the voluntary sector role in health, well-being and social care, together with a knowledge of the key policies in this area is essential.
