#PowerofYouth Festival is coming…save the dates!

In the run up to #iwillWeek 2020 from 16 – 20 November 2020, the #iwill campaign in Wales will be asking you to…

INSPIRE and GET INSPIRED by sharing what you are doing (as a young person or an organisation) to involve young people in social action.

LEARN from each other’s approaches and progress across different sectors and nations.

EDUCATE and INNOVATE to CREATE awesome volunteering opportunities for young people (check out the Welsh Youth Volunteering and Social Action Charter).

CONNECT and COLLABORATE by building relationships with volunteer leaders that can help you to support the youth volunteering journey.

In Wales, young people and partners from the Volunteering Wales Youth Network are bringing a uniquely Welsh contribution to the Power of Youth Festival.

These sessions are as follows;

Monday 16 November 2020 from 1 – 2pm
Making youth volunteering awesome in Wales!

Monday 16 November 2020 from 6 – 7pm
How to start your journey to becoming a volunteer in Wales

Friday 20 November 2020 from 1 – 2pm
How can youth volunteering  and the voluntary sector contribute to the implementation of the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act?
