Bridgend Voice and Choice Helpline: Business as usual

With the uncertainty at the moment with Covid-19, Bridgend Voice and Choice (BVC) Hub want to re-assure you that they are running business as usual and following all government advice.

The Hub is a helpline supporting people in Bridgend County Borough to access independent, professional advocacy or other appropriate services around their care and support needs. They are the first port of call if you need help to be heard, understand social services, or if you feel you’re not getting the right support to stay independent.

Their team of helpline advisor advocates are able to work remotely and are still available  to support you Monday to Friday from 10am to 3pm.

They can help if you are aged over 18, living in Bridgend County Borough and are eligible to access social services; or if you are a professional, a carer, or someone else with a concern for someone’s welfare.

This free telephone helpline can be contacted on 0808 8010 330 for advocacy-related information, advice and assistance.
